Work was replacing an existing failed 32-ton R22 condensing unit and coil in the Air Handling Unit with a new R410A system, along with new refrigeration piping and TXVs. Condensing unit was relocated to a new space with new housekeeping pad and enclosure.
Work was to install 2 each 20-ton Liebert Glycol/DX Computer room AC split systems with Humidity Control in the existing facility and remove the old defunct equipment.
Work included removal of the old ductwork and HVAC equipment, coils Air handlers and blowers serving a large section of the quarters deck of the USS Camden.
Miller Sheetmetal installed the Metal roof system Including Roof Insulation cover board and membrane, Metal siding System cornice and flashing systems, on the 10 story Bremerton BEQ Project for the Navy.
Miller Sheetmetal Provided and Installed the HVAC system including a fully integrated DDC control and SCADA system for EHW-2.
Precision Cooling and Climate control for the remote switching unit for JBLM. Consisted of DX cooling Unit/Dry Cooler Combinations designed by the Corps, with Heat recovery ventilators. A Design Build Seismically certified Chiller/ Chilled Water unit was added.
Project was rebuilding 3 Mechanical Rooms, with built in place Climate Craft Air Handlers during occupation of the hospital. We accomplished this with the use of a large temporary air handling unit.
